About Me
Rachel Moriah Beals
While I believe that we all carry wounds of violence, oppression, and separation from our true nature, my greatest concern lies with our most vulnerable and traumatized populations such as those experiencing homelessness, incarceration, and the effects of war. My experience has been that gentle touch therapy, Buddhist spirituality, and healing circles are incredibly powerful conduits of love and healing even in life’s darkest moments.
I am available for individual spiritual mentorship and group facilitation. I am also available to speak about the role of meditation and spiritual practice in healing trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Feel free to contact me at rachelmoriah@sacredrecovery.com or read more at www.SacredRecovery.com.
May we each experience the healing and transformation that our sacred journeys have the potential to provide. And may our journeys serve the liberation of all beings.
Don’t force.
Hold the pen lightly.
Hold your heart lightly.
Like fireflies
We learn to dance in
the vast dark night
and inhale Yes
When the warm light comes
